LESSONS hopes you enjoy your purchase, however if for some reason you look to return your your item(s), please note that you must;
+ submit your request for a return via email to CustomerService@LSNSLTD.com with 7 days of the order delivery date
+ return your item(s) in its original, unworn condition, including receipts and packaging
Please note that all returns are;
+ eligible for store credit by way of discount code or exchange only, valid for 2 months post-return
Please also note that;
+ products returned in an altered, damaged or worn condition will not be accepted
+ shipping charges are non-refundable
+ select items will be ineligible for returns, such as but not limited to underwear, hosiery, swimwear, jewellery, eyewear
+ limited release items may be ineligible for a return
+ items sold at a discounted price or during a sale are not eligible for a return
+ LESSONS is not responsible for any loss or damages during any return process
+ LESSONS reserves the right to refuse any return at any time
Our in-store Personal Shoppers will assist you with your boutique purchases, as no in-store change-of-minds are permitted.
